Simon Cochrane's Blueberry Protein Pancakes
Serves
3-4 large ones
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 6 heaped Tbl spoons of protein powder (vanilla or banana Endura protein)
- ¼ cup of milk
- ½ cup of blueberries
Method
- Mix together all ingredients (except berries).
- Pour mixture into greased pan.
- Add berries to the top.
- Flip over once bottom is browned.
- Do the same for remaining mixture.
