Simon Cochrane's Blueberry Protein Pancakes

Serves

3-4 large ones

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 6 heaped Tbl spoons of protein powder (vanilla or banana Endura protein)
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • ½ cup of blueberries

Method

  1. Mix together all ingredients (except berries).
  2. Pour mixture into greased pan.
  3. Add berries to the top.
  4. Flip over once bottom is browned.
  5. Do the same for remaining mixture.
